Data deletion instructions

Effective date: 24 October 2026.

Request deletion

Email lorenexus.stories@gmail.com with the subject “Lore Nexus Postiz data deletion request”. State the affected platform, your public account or Page handle and the data you want removed. Do not send passwords, tokens, identity documents or unrelated private information.

Lore Nexus will verify the request using the minimum information needed, identify the app-held data and handle the request manually. This includes relevant connection credentials, copied account/comment/analytics data and retained copies or backups within the request’s scope. YouTube user-data deletion requests must be completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days under the applicable YouTube Developer Policies; identity checks must not be used to postpone that requirement.

No automatic deletion callback or fixed backup-expiry cycle is implemented. Backup copies must be addressed explicitly. Any legally required retention must be limited and its reason explained; an internal provenance label is not a general deletion exemption.

Revoke future access

Remove Lore Nexus Postiz from Google Account permissions, Facebook Business Integrations or the appropriate Instagram connected-app settings. Revocation and deletion are separate: removing access does not prove deletion of existing app-held copies.

What this does not delete

Deleting app-held information does not delete your social account or content held by YouTube or Meta. Use the platform’s own controls or an appropriately authorized request to change platform-held posts and comments. Metricool is a separate service; data it holds requires its own account controls or request.
