Privacy policy

Lore Nexus operates a self-hosted Postiz installation for its own YouTube channel, Facebook Page and Instagram professional account. Contact: lorenexus.stories@gmail.com.

Data and purposes

The app uses YouTube API Services and Meta APIs. With the account owner’s authorization it accesses account and profile identifiers, names and profile images, Page/business relationships, posts and media, engagement information and analytics. Approved comment-management features may process comments and replies. Connection credentials allow the authorized API access. This data supports account identification, approved content management, performance review and community management. Permission capability alone is not an instruction to publish, reply or delete.

Storage and access

Postiz connection data, operational records and media are stored on the owner’s computer in the app database, configuration and media storage. Authorized operators may inspect relevant information for these management tasks. The app uses browser sign-in and session information for access; platform account passwords are entered in the platform’s own sign-in process, not requested from viewers by this site.

Services and sharing

Google and Meta process data through their services. See the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy. Metricool has separate, owner-authorized connections and its own privacy practices; it is not local Postiz’s credential-storage backend. When the owner authorizes assistance through ChatGPT Work, relevant task information may be processed by that service; this is not an assertion that all AI processing stays on the PC. Platform credentials must not be included in assistance reports.

Lore Nexus does not sell API user data, use it for advertising audiences or general-purpose AI model training, or transfer it for unrelated purposes. Use and transfer of Google API data is limited by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. Any additional storage or data use requires review and appropriate authorization before activation.

Retention and deletion

Connection tokens are retained only while needed for authorized use. Data is retained only for its authorized purpose and applicable platform requirements. For YouTube data, applicable refresh/deletion and authorization checks include the 30-day requirements in the YouTube Developer Policies. A request to delete stored YouTube user data is handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days, as required by those policies.

Requests are handled manually. There is no automatic deletion callback. No fixed backup-expiry cycle is currently established; requests must therefore cover relevant retained copies and backups explicitly, rather than assume they expire. Internal audit or provenance labels do not provide a blanket exception to deletion requirements. Any legally required retention must be limited and explained to the requester.

Your choices

Use the data deletion instructions to request deletion. You can also revoke Google access in Google Account permissions and Meta access in the relevant Facebook Business Integrations or Instagram app settings. Revocation stops future access but is not a claim that local copies have already been removed. Deleting app-held data does not delete your platform account or the content held by YouTube or Meta.

This information site

These static pages contain no sign-in form, embedded social player, advertising script or analytics script. If deployed on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare will process web requests and connection information to deliver the pages under its privacy policy. Local Postiz data and credentials are not part of this website.
